Survey mode can be used when you’re looking for learners’ insights and don’t want to grade answers as correct or incorrect.

Survey mode is available in the following question types:

• Single Choice Question

• Multiple Choice Question

• Statement Question

You can turn on survey mode in the question editor.

When survey mode is on, the question doesn’t have any impact on learners’ progress. Learners get generic feedback “Your answer has been stored” no matter what answer is chosen.

NOTE: The survey mode questions are not included in the question pool.

If results tracking is enabled in your course, you can see learners’ answers to survey questions in the Gradebook.
