Live chat support in 100+ languages

With Easygenerator users all around the world, all speaking different languages, we’ve made it even easier to get the support they need in their native language. Now, our live chat support team (available 24/5) can help our authors in 100+ languages in real-time. This feature is available exclusively to our Enterprise customers but can be tested by all users when you sign up for a free trial.

Edit your images anywhere in Easygenerator

At Easygenerator, we want to make it as easy as possible to create engaging e-learning. And an important factor to making e-learning materials engaging is the ability to add media to your content. Our authors could already resize and crop images in our image content editor. Now, they can do that anywhere within our tool to make the process even more seamless.

Sign-up page is now mobile responsive

We want to help our users create interactive e-learning content any time, anywhere. That’s why, this year, we’re focusing on improving our entire product’s mobile responsiveness. In February, we took the first small step in that direction by improving the mobile responsiveness of our sign-up page. Stay tuned for updates on this front!

Additional technical upgrades

This month, our team also worked on a variety of technical upgrades within our tool to improve your e-learning content creation experience:

• Quotes: When you add a Quote block to your e-learning course, you can now add a photo of the author of the quote to make the quote more visually appealing.
• Search functionality: When transferring courses or resources between accounts, users can now utilize a search function to better sort through them.
