Disclosure. EasyCoach is Easygenerator’s own product. We reviewed the other tools from public sources, and where a source is a competing vendor, we say so in the text.
Key takeaways
- Compliance controls are the criterion that splits this field. Quantified and Zenarate ship compliance-specific scoring and audit-ready records for regulated conversations. Four alternatives offer custom scoring and session records that your team configures, and one runs prebuilt scenarios inside a content library.
- Quantified’s public review evidence is thin. Its G2 profile holds 16 reviews, so its named life sciences customers tell you more than its score does.
- Third-party price estimates for Quantified disagree by a factor of three. Published estimates range from about US$85 to US$250 per seat per month, and Quantified itself quotes on request.
- Teams outside life sciences may pay for depth they do not use. If your hardest conversations are sales objections, service escalations, or feedback talks, a general practice tool built on your own content usually fits better.
Three things push teams to replace Quantified AI
Quantified is an AI roleplay and coaching platform for regulated industries, including pharma, life sciences, medical devices, financial services, and insurance. Reps practice with photorealistic AI personas, such as a physician or a payer, and get scored against approved messaging, with audit-ready records of every session.
Quantified’s strength is depth in one kind of conversation. Novartis, Bayer, and Sanofi use it, and Quantified reports 5,000 simulations in 10 days at Bayer and a fully certified launch team at Sanofi. Quantified’s roleplay page lists more than 40 languages, with the same scoring rigor in every market.
Three reasons still come up when L&D teams look elsewhere.
It is built for regulated selling. On-label scoring and medical, legal, and regulatory alignment matter for a pharma launch. Teams that train sales, service, or managers outside those sectors pay for controls they never switch on.
Pricing is opaque. Quantified’s pricing page names two packages, Base for AI Roleplay and Standard for the AI Sales Coaching Platform, without a figure. A 2026 SalesArmor review, written by a competing vendor, found third-party estimates from about US$85 to US$250 per seat per month, a spread too wide to budget from.
Independent reviews are scarce. Quantified’s G2 profile holds 4.5 out of 5 from 16 reviews, too few to show how the platform performs across many teams.
How we evaluated Quantified AI alternatives
We scored each tool on four criteria. The same four criteria run through the comparison table and the sub-headings inside every entry below.
Compliance controls. Whether the tool scores against approved messaging and keeps records that stand up in an audit. This is the criterion that separates the field most clearly.
Scenario authoring. Who builds the scenarios, from what material, and how long it takes.
Practice modality. How learners practice, whether by voice, text, avatar video, or screen simulation.
Pricing model. How the vendor charges, whether it publishes a price, and how total cost behaves as the number of learners grows.
How we graded compliance controls
The High, Medium, and Low bands in the table are ours. High means the vendor ships compliance-specific scoring, such as on-label or disclosure checks, plus audit-ready session records and scenario libraries for regulated industries. Medium means custom scoring criteria and stored session records that your own team configures for compliance, sometimes with formal certification. Low means prebuilt scenarios with feedback, without custom rubrics tied to your approved messaging.
Grades come from each vendor’s own published material and from named third-party comparisons. Where that material is thin, we say so inside the entry.
What we deliberately did not score
We did not score avatar realism. Vendors describe their own avatars as the most lifelike on the market, nobody measures that independently, and learners differ on whether they want a face on screen at all. Modality still appears in every entry.
We also did not score live-call scoring. Several tools here offer it, and it matters to sales operations more than to the practice decision this article covers.
Ownership disclosure
EasyCoach is our own product, and Easygenerator publishes this article. We reviewed the other seven tools without input from their vendors, using their public G2 profiles, their own websites, and named third-party comparisons. All G2 figures were checked on October 2, 2026. Several comparisons we cite come from competing vendors, including Outdoo, SalesArmor, Centrical, and Whatfix, and we name them as vendors where we use them.
What we left out and why
Six tools get full entries and two get short ones. Here is what we skipped.
- Outdoo AI and PitchMonster are credible AI roleplay tools outside this shortlist, and we cover the wider category in our guide to the best AI roleplay tools for corporate training
- Veeva CRM and other life sciences CRMs manage field activity rather than practice, so they answer a neighboring question
- Virtual reality training tools need headsets for every learner, and buyers who want immersive simulation should compare those separately
Which Quantified job you are replacing
Leaving Quantified usually means one of three things. Find yours below before you compare entries.
Replacing Quantified with practice built on your own content
Your conversations matter, and most of them are not regulated. You want realistic practice on your own playbooks and policies, at volume, for several teams.
Best fit for. EasyCoach or Second Nature AI.
Replacing Quantified with another regulated-industry specialist
Your teams work under strict disclosure rules, such as in banking, insurance, or healthcare contact centers. You need compliance scoring built in, not configured from scratch.
Best fit for. Zenarate.
Replacing Quantified with practice inside a platform you already run
You already run an enablement suite or a learning library, or you plan to. You want roleplay inside it rather than as a separate tool.
Best fit for. Mindtickle, Allego, or Skillsoft CAISY.

Replacing Quantified with practice built on your own content
1. EasyCoach
EasyCoach is an AI roleplay practice tool from Easygenerator that lets employees rehearse real workplace conversations before they happen. Learners practice by voice or text against an AI counterpart and get feedback after every attempt.
EasyCoach takes a different position from Quantified on scope. Quantified goes deep on regulated selling. EasyCoach goes wide, with one tool for every team that has a hard conversation, built from that team’s own material.
Compliance controls
Medium. Your team defines what good looks like, and every session is measured against that standard. Every attempt is recorded, and the EasyCoach page lists no regulator-specific checks, so required messaging, such as a disclosure, has to be part of the standard your team sets.
Scenario authoring
Built from your documents in minutes. An author describes the conversation, who is in it, and what a good outcome looks like, then uploads the team’s own documents, and AI turns that into a roleplay.
Practice modality
Voice or text, in more than 70 languages, with voice practice in 40 of them. Learners can practice in a different language from the one the scenario was written in.
Pricing model
Not published. The EasyCoach page offers a demo rather than a price list.
Standout features
- Scenarios built in minutes from your own approved documents
- Feedback after every attempt, measured against the standard your team sets
- Every attempt recorded, so managers can see where skills are improving
- Visibility your organization controls, from full sessions to an aggregate skill score only
- Practice in a different language from the one the scenario was written in
Pros
- Scenarios use your own documents and standards
- L&D teams can build a scenario in minutes
- Covers support, leadership, and onboarding as well as sales
- No limit on practice attempts
Cons
- The EasyCoach page lists no on-label or regulator-specific scoring
- Your team defines and maintains the standard in each scenario
- Newer to the market than Quantified or Zenarate
- No published pricing
Best for
- Financial services and insurance teams that set their own messaging standards
- Regulated organizations that need practice beyond the field sales force
- Teams where coaching quality varies by manager
- Multi-region teams that practice in many languages
Pricing. Easygenerator does not publish EasyCoach pricing. You can request a demo on the EasyCoach page.
G2 rating. EasyCoach has no standalone G2 profile yet. Easygenerator, which builds it, holds 4.7 out of 5 from 175 reviews, and those reviews cover the authoring platform.
Equity Trust Company shows how this works in financial services. New sales hires kept struggling to explain a multi-form process for setting up limited liability companies. William Salm, Learning and Development Specialist at Equity Trust, built more than 70 roleplays in EasyCoach so new hires could practice those explanations without a manager in the room. The time managers spent coaching new hires fell from about 15 hours a week to about 5.
2. Second Nature AI
Second Nature is an AI roleplay platform, founded in Tel Aviv in 2018, that lets sales and customer-facing teams practice conversations with AI avatars and get scored feedback. It is the most widely reviewed dedicated roleplay tool on G2.
Second Nature is the closest general-purpose match to Quantified’s avatar experience. It covers many industries rather than going deep in one.
Compliance controls
Medium. Second Nature offers certification, custom scoring, and manager dashboards. Regulated teams can use it, with compliance rules they configure themselves.
Scenario authoring
Scenario builder plus course assistant. Enablement teams build scenarios and wrap them in short courses with an AI course creation assistant.
Practice modality
Avatar conversations and webcam pitches. Reps hold live conversations with AI avatars, record pitches on webcam for AI scoring, and practice slide presentations with AI questions. Its G2 profile lists 24 supported languages.
Pricing model
Quote only, with a free trial listed on G2.
Standout features
- AI avatars for live conversation practice
- Webcam pitch recording with AI scoring
- AI course creation assistant
- Certification and leaderboards
Pros
- The largest G2 review base of the dedicated practice tools here, at 438 reviews
- G2 reviewers rate its ease of setup at 9.7
- Free trial lowers the barrier to evaluation
- G2 reviewers most often praise its effect on sales results and its ease of use
Cons
- 21 G2 reviews mention inaccurate information from the AI
- Some reviewers report that the AI expects answers phrased in a specific way
- G2 reviewers rate its product direction at 6.4
- No published pricing
Best for
- Sales teams that want avatar practice outside life sciences
- Enablement teams that want courses and roleplay in one tool
- Insurance and financial services sales teams
Pricing. Available on request from Second Nature, with a free trial.
G2 rating. 4.7 out of 5 from 438 reviews.

Replacing Quantified with another regulated-industry specialist
3. Zenarate
Zenarate is an AI simulation and coaching platform for frontline and contact center teams in compliance-heavy industries, including financial services, healthcare, insurance, and telecommunications. It simulates voice, chat, and screen interactions so agents practice every channel before they go live.
Zenarate is the only tool here that matches Quantified’s compliance depth. The difference is the audience, since Quantified trains field sellers and Zenarate trains service and contact center agents.
Compliance controls
High. Zenarate builds simulations around regulated customer interactions, and its AutoQA product scores live calls and routes findings back into practice, according to a 2026 comparison by Centrical, a competing vendor.
Scenario authoring
Simulations of real customer interactions. Zenarate scripts scenarios around actual call types and combines conversation with the screens agents use.
Practice modality
Voice, chat, and screen. Agents talk to an AI customer while they work in a simulated version of their own systems. Zenarate states it supports 79 languages.
Pricing model
Quote only. Zenarate does not publish pricing.
Standout features
- Multi-channel simulation across voice, chat, and screen
- AutoQA scoring of live calls linked to practice
- No-code scenario authoring in Zenarate Learn, according to its Capterra listing
- Evolve, a newer product for building and testing customer-facing AI agents
Pros
- Compliance-focused simulation for regulated contact centers
- The only tool here with screen practice alongside conversation
- USAA uses it, and Zenarate says 8 of the top 10 US financial institutions do too
- A 4.9 G2 score
Cons
- Only 33 G2 reviews behind the 4.9 score
- G2’s review summary flags limited conversational flexibility and some inaccurate AI answers
- Built for contact centers rather than field sales or leadership
- No published pricing
Best for
- Contact centers in banking, insurance, and healthcare
- Agents who need practice across voice, chat, and systems
- Organizations that score live calls for quality assurance
Pricing. Available on request from Zenarate.
G2 rating. 4.9 out of 5 from 33 reviews.
How we checked. Zenarate’s G2 profile, press release, and language page, Centrical’s and Whatfix’s 2026 reviews, both from competing vendors, and Zenarate’s Capterra listing, all accessed October 2026. We go deeper in our EasyCoach vs Zenarate comparison.
Replacing Quantified with practice inside a platform you already run
4. Mindtickle
Mindtickle is a revenue enablement platform that combines sales training, AI roleplay, content management, coaching, and conversation intelligence in one system. Mindtickle states that Gartner named it a Leader in the 2025 Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms.
Mindtickle competes with Quantified on certification at scale. It does not specialize in one industry.
Compliance controls
Medium. Mindtickle certifies reps against custom rubrics, and its Readiness Index gives enablement leaders one benchmark for whether a rep is ready. Mindtickle reports that Janssen India cut rep ramp time in half on the platform.
Scenario authoring
Admin-built roleplays with custom rubrics. Enablement teams build scenarios inside the platform, and Mindtickle can assign practice automatically when a deal reaches a set CRM stage.
Practice modality
Voice and text roleplay against AI buyers, in 19 languages, according to Mindtickle.
Pricing model
Quote only. Buyer data cited by competing vendor Outdoo puts average contracts between US$47,000 and US$82,000 a year.
Standout features
- AI sales roleplay scored against custom rubrics
- Readiness Index for certification
- Practice assigned from CRM deal stages
- Conversation intelligence on live calls
- ElevateOS agents that adapt learning paths
Pros
- The largest review base in this comparison, at about 2,400 G2 reviews
- Certification at scale for regulated sales teams
- Practice, training, and call data sit in one system
Cons
- Admins face a learning curve before they extract full value
- You pay for a full suite even if you only need practice
- No published pricing
Best for
- Large revenue teams that want certification and call intelligence together
- Pharma and insurance sales teams outside Quantified’s avatar focus
- Organizations with a dedicated enablement team
Pricing. Available on request from Mindtickle.
G2 rating. 4.7 out of 5 from 2,400 reviews.

- G2 reviewers rate support at 9.4
- Covers practice, training, content, and call intelligence
Cons
- 27 G2 reviews mention a learning curve
- 21 G2 reviews mention missing features
- No published pricing

Pricing. Available on request from Allego.
G2 rating. 4.6 out of 5 from 695 reviews.
How we checked. G2’s Allego and Highspot comparison, accessed October 2, 2026.
6. Skillsoft CAISY
Skillsoft CAISY is an AI conversation simulator inside Skillsoft Percipio, Skillsoft’s enterprise learning platform. Learners practice business conversations with an AI trainer and get feedback on what went well and what to improve.
CAISY’s position against Quantified is convenience. Organizations that already license Percipio get conversation practice without a new vendor.
Compliance controls
Low. CAISY runs mostly Skillsoft-built scenarios, such as feedback to an employee, a sales pitch, or an upset customer, according to Skillsoft’s launch notes. Skillsoft Compliance licensees also get four compliance simulations. These appear only when Compliance content is accessed through the Percipio library, not the Percipio Compliance interface. For custom simulations, Skillsoft’s own guidance advises avoiding fact-based topics such as compliance.
Scenario authoring
Mostly Skillsoft-built. CAISY becomes available to learners on Percipio plans that include the Expert collection or the Skillsoft Leadership Development Program. Skillsoft’s documentation lists a custom simulation builder in limited preview, and Skillsoft also designs custom scenarios with customers through its CAISY for You service.
Practice modality
Conversation with an AI trainer. A Role Model Mode shows learners how a strong conversation sounds before they try.
Pricing model
Part of a Percipio subscription, quote only.
Standout features
- AI conversation practice inside Percipio
- Role Model Mode with a worked example
- Large library of related Skillsoft courses
- Custom scenarios through a limited-preview builder or Skillsoft’s CAISY for You service
Pros
- No new vendor for existing Skillsoft customers
- Practice sits next to related courses and learning paths
- Covers leadership and service as well as sales
Cons
- Scenarios come mostly from Skillsoft, and custom ones need the limited-preview builder or Skillsoft’s design service
- CAISY has no separate G2 rating
- Requires a broader Percipio commitment
- No published pricing
Best for
- Organizations already on Skillsoft Percipio
- Leadership and soft-skills programs
- Teams that want practice next to a content library
Pricing. Part of a Skillsoft Percipio subscription, available on request.
G2 rating. CAISY has no separate G2 profile. Skillsoft Percipio holds 4.1 out of 5 from 107 reviews.
How we checked. Skillsoft’s launch notes, its product documentation, and its G2 profile, all accessed October 2026. We go deeper in our EasyCoach vs Skillsoft CAISY comparison.
Two more Quantified alternatives worth a look
Hyperbound and Bigtincan solve narrower problems than Quantified does.
7. Hyperbound
What it is. Hyperbound is an AI sales roleplay platform, founded in 2023, that lets sales development and account executive teams practice cold calls and discovery calls against AI buyers, and that also scores real recorded calls.
Best for. Outbound sales teams at mid-market software companies that want fast scenario creation and call scoring in one tool.
Why it is in the second tier. Hyperbound holds the highest score in this article, 4.9 out of 5 from 40 G2 reviews, and about two-thirds of those reviews come from mid-market companies. It offers no regulated-industry controls, so it answers a different question than Quantified.
8. Bigtincan, now part of Showpad
What it is. Bigtincan is a sales readiness platform, best known for Brainshark’s video training and its RolePlayAI tool, that Vector Capital, its owner since April 2025, combined with Showpad under the Showpad brand in October 2025.
Best for. Field sales teams in medical devices and manufacturing that want content, training, and practice from one vendor.
Why it is in the second tier. Bigtincan no longer operates as an independent vendor, so a new purchase runs through Showpad. Its Bigtincan Readiness profile holds 4.4 out of 5 from 617 G2 reviews, and the combined product family is still settling.

| Rehearse on-label conversations with physicians and payers | Quantified |
When Quantified remains the right choice
Quantified is built for conversations where one wrong sentence becomes a compliance event. Its photorealistic personas play physicians, payers, and other stakeholders, and its scoring checks reps against approved messaging. If your reps detail drugs or medical devices, few tools here match that focus, and its customer list of Novartis, Bayer, and Sanofi shows it works at launch scale.
Customers describe the same benefit. Keenan Stare, Product and Disease Training Manager at Novartis, says in a testimonial on Quantified’s site that its AI personas helped his team “scale our training without pulling people out of the field”.
Quantified also suits global launches. Quantified’s roleplay page lists more than 40 languages, and the platform keeps audit-ready records of every session. For a life sciences company that must prove every rep is certified before a launch, that combination is hard to replace.
What happens to your Quantified scenarios when you switch
You can keep what works and move the rest.
Roleplay scenarios, personas, and scoring history do not transfer between vendors. Start from the material the scenarios came from, such as approved messaging documents, objection handlers, and product guides. In EasyCoach, you describe the conversation, upload those documents, and AI turns them into a roleplay in minutes.
Keep your audit records. Export or archive Quantified’s session records before the contract ends, since regulators may ask for them after you switch.
You can also split the work rather than replace it. Keep a specialist like Quantified for regulated launches, and move everyday practice for sales, service, and managers to a separate practice tool.
Final thoughts
For a pharma launch where one off-label sentence becomes a compliance event, Quantified’s focus is worth paying for. Outside that world, most of its depth goes unused.
Look at the conversations your people find hardest this quarter. If few of them are regulated, start with a tool built on your own content and keep a specialist for launches.
