Disclosure. EasyCoach is Easygenerator’s own product. We reviewed the other tools from public sources, and where a source is a competing vendor, we say so in the text.
Key takeaways
- Four of the eight alternatives now belong to two companies. Seismic closed its merger with Highspot on August 18, 2026, and Vector Capital combined Bigtincan with Showpad under the Showpad brand in October 2025. A shortlist that looks like five suites is really three.
- Practice focus is the criterion that splits this field. Three tools here are built around AI roleplay. Five treat roleplay as one module inside a wider enablement suite.
- No vendor in this comparison publishes a full price list. Every suite quotes on request, and Mindtickle contracts run into five figures a year according to third-party buyer data.
- Most Mindtickle alternatives serve sales only. EasyCoach is the one tool here built for practice across sales, service, leadership, and onboarding.
Three things push teams to replace Mindtickle
Mindtickle is a revenue enablement platform, founded in 2011, that combines sales training, AI roleplay, content management, coaching, digital sales rooms, and conversation intelligence in one system. In April 2026 it launched ElevateOS, an agentic layer that adapts learning paths and flags deal risk.
The platform has a strong track record. Its G2 profile holds 4.7 out of 5 from about 2,400 reviews, and Mindtickle states that Gartner named it a Leader in the 2025 Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms. Mindtickle reports that Cisco used it to roll out training to 18,000 sellers in six weeks.
Three reasons still come up when teams look elsewhere.
The suite is more than many teams use. Mindtickle covers six or more jobs in one license. A team that mainly wants reps to practice conversations pays for content management, digital sales rooms, and call recording too. A 2026 PitchMonster pricing review, written by a competing vendor, notes that teams without a dedicated enablement owner tend to use a fraction of what they pay for.
Pricing is invisible until you talk to sales. Mindtickle has no free plan and no self-serve trial for the full platform. An Outdoo roundup, from a competing roleplay vendor, cites buyer data that puts average Mindtickle contracts between US$47,000 and US$82,000 a year.
It is built for revenue teams. Mindtickle’s language, workflows, and Salesforce integration center on sellers. Customer service agents, new managers, and support teams can use it, and the platform is not designed around them.
Mindtickle’s market changed in 2026, and your shortlist should too
The sales enablement market consolidated sharply over the past 12 months. Vector Capital completed its acquisition of Showpad in October 2025 and merged it with Bigtincan under the Showpad brand. Seismic then completed its merger with Highspot on August 18, 2026, and Highspot now sells as Highspot by Seismic.
That matters for anyone who shortlists from older comparisons. Seismic and Highspot, and Showpad and Bigtincan, still sell separate products, and each pair now shares one owner and one roadmap. Both companies say current contracts stay unchanged for now. Ask every vendor which product line your modules will live on in two years.
Analysts read both deals as consolidation under pressure. Gartner’s First Take on the Seismic and Highspot merger, published in February 2026, called it a “defensive consolidation” against pricing pressure, CRM overlap, and AI threats. Jim Lundy, founder and lead analyst at Aragon Research, called the Showpad and Bigtincan combination “a watershed moment for the sales enablement market”.
The second shift is the rise of standalone AI roleplay. Allego’s 2025 research found that 43% of revenue enablement leaders now use AI roleplay in sales coaching, up from near zero three years earlier. Dedicated practice tools such as Second Nature, Hyperbound, and EasyCoach now compete with the practice modules inside suites.
How we evaluated Mindtickle alternatives
We scored each tool on four criteria. The same four criteria run through the comparison table and the sub-headings inside every entry below.
Platform scope. What the product covers, from a full enablement suite with content, training, coaching, and call intelligence down to a single practice tool.
Practice focus. How central AI roleplay is to the product. This is the criterion that separates the field most clearly.
Audience. Who the product is built for, from sales development teams only to every customer-facing and internal team.
Pricing model. How the vendor charges, whether it publishes a price, and how total cost behaves as the number of users grows.
How we graded practice focus
The High, Medium, and Low bands in the table are ours. High means the product is built around AI roleplay, with live voice or text practice against an AI counterpart on custom scenarios, scored against your rubric, as often as the learner wants. Medium means AI roleplay ships as one module inside a wider enablement suite, sometimes in a premium tier. Low means practice is limited to recorded pitches or videos that a manager or an AI reviews afterward.
All eight tools here reach at least Medium. A Medium grade says nothing about the quality of the roleplay itself, only how much of the product it represents.
Grades come from each vendor’s own published material and from named third-party comparisons. Where that material is thin, we say so inside the entry.
What we deliberately did not score
We did not score content management or digital sales rooms. Three tools here do not offer them by design, so the criterion would only restate platform scope. Content features still appear inside each suite entry.
We also did not score conversation intelligence on live calls. Mindtickle, Allego, and Hyperbound offer it, and it matters to revenue operations more than to the practice decision this article covers.
Ownership disclosure
EasyCoach is our own product, and Easygenerator publishes this article. We reviewed the other seven tools without input from their vendors, using their public G2 profiles, their own websites, and named third-party comparisons. All G2 figures were checked on October 2, 2026. Several comparisons we cite come from competing vendors, including Outdoo, PitchMonster, and Digital Humans, and we name them as vendors where we use them.
What we left out and why
Seven tools get full entries and one gets a short one. You may have expected some of the names below.
- SalesHood, Spekit, Mediafly, and Pitcher are credible enablement platforms outside this shortlist, and Mindtickle’s own 2026 roundup covers them
- Gong records and analyzes live calls rather than delivering training, so it answers a neighboring question
- Quantified AI, Zenarate, and Yoodli run AI roleplay for narrower audiences, and we cover them in our guide to the best AI sales roleplay tools
- Learning management systems such as Docebo deliver courses rather than sales readiness, so buyers who want a course catalog first should compare those separately
Which Mindtickle job you are replacing
A Mindtickle replacement can mean a whole new suite or just a better practice tool. The three groups below sort the entries by which of those you need.
Replacing Mindtickle’s practice layer with a dedicated tool
You already have content management and an LMS, or you do not need them. What you want is realistic practice on hard conversations, scored, at volume.
Best fit for. EasyCoach, Second Nature, or Hyperbound.
Replacing Mindtickle with another enablement suite
You want training, content, coaching, and analytics in one platform, and you want a different vendor, a different contract, or a different product philosophy.
Best fit for. Allego, Highspot by Seismic, or Seismic.
Replacing Mindtickle for field sales teams
Your sellers work in the field, often in manufacturing, medical devices, or consumer goods. They need content that works offline and training that fits around customer visits.
Best fit for. Showpad, including the Bigtincan products it now owns.

Replacing Mindtickle’s practice layer with a dedicated tool
1. EasyCoach
EasyCoach is an AI roleplay tool from Easygenerator that lets employees rehearse real workplace conversations with an AI counterpart and get scored feedback after every attempt. Organizations buy it on its own or as an addition to an Easygenerator plan.
EasyCoach takes the opposite position to Mindtickle on scope. Mindtickle bundles practice with content, call recording, and sales rooms. EasyCoach does one job, practice, and leaves the rest to the tools you already run.
Platform scope
Practice tool. It does not manage sales content, record live calls, or host digital sales rooms.
Practice focus
High. An author describes the conversation, uploads supporting documents such as a sales playbook or an escalation policy, and sets the skills to assess. Learners practice by voice or text, in more than 70 languages, as often as they like. Across close to 16,000 practice conversations through August 2026, learners came back to the same EasyCoach scenario 6 times on average (how we measured this).
Audience
Every team with a hard conversation. EasyCoach covers sales and negotiation, customer support, leadership and people management, onboarding, and product training, so one license serves functions outside the revenue team.
Pricing model
Practice only, priced flat. You pay one annual fee for unlimited learners and sessions instead of a suite license, and a six-month pilot comes first.
Standout features
- Practice layer that runs next to the LMS and content tools you already own
- Scenario builder that turns a playbook, a pricing sheet, or a support policy into a roleplay
- Pass and fail scoring against a minimum score the author sets
- Co-authoring with up to 10 collaborators per roleplay, so product and enablement experts build together
- Analytics by learner and by roleplay, with CSV export into your own reporting
Pros
- You pay for practice alone, not for content management, sales rooms, or call recording
- One license covers service, managers, and onboarding as well as sales
- The flat fee keeps cost steady as adoption spreads beyond the revenue team
- Authors build scenarios without a platform administrator
Cons
- No content management, digital sales rooms, or live-call intelligence
- No practice triggered from CRM deal stages
- No readiness index that rolls skills into one benchmark
Best for
- L&D teams that already run an LMS and a content library
- Organizations where service and support need practice as much as sales does
- Enablement teams without a dedicated platform administrator
- Companies that want a predictable cost for practice
Pricing. Flat annual fee for unlimited roleplays, sessions, and learners, with a six-month pilot option. Pricing is available on request from Easygenerator.
G2 rating. EasyCoach has no standalone G2 profile yet. Easygenerator, which builds it, holds 4.7 out of 5 from 175 reviews, and those reviews cover the authoring platform.
Equity Trust Company shows the practice-layer model in a sales onboarding program. William Salm, Learning and Development Specialist at Equity Trust, built more than 70 roleplays in EasyCoach to give new sales hires unlimited practice without a manager in the room. The time managers spent coaching new hires fell from about 15 hours a week to about 5. Leadership now reviews the results of practice sessions instead of sitting through each one.
2. Second Nature AI
Second Nature is an AI roleplay platform, founded in Tel Aviv in 2018, that lets sales and customer-facing teams practice conversations with AI avatars and get scored feedback. It is the most widely reviewed dedicated roleplay tool on G2.
Second Nature competes with Mindtickle’s roleplay module head on. It covers practice and certification, and it adds a course builder so enablement teams can wrap scenarios in short lessons.
Platform scope
Practice tool with a course builder. It does not manage sales content or analyze live calls.
Practice focus
High. Reps hold live conversations with AI avatars, record AI-scored pitches on webcam, and practice slide presentations with AI questions. Its G2 profile lists 24 supported languages.
Audience
Sales and customer-facing teams that want certification-style practice.
Pricing model
Quote only. Second Nature does not publish pricing, and its G2 listing notes that a free trial is available.
Standout features
- AI avatars for live conversation practice
- Webcam pitch recording with AI scoring
- Slide presentation practice with AI follow-up questions
- AI course creation assistant
- Certification and leaderboards for sales teams
Pros
- The largest G2 review base of the dedicated practice tools here, at 438 reviews
- G2 reviewers most often praise its effect on sales results and its ease of use
- Free trial lowers the barrier to evaluation
- Broad language support for global teams
Cons
- 21 G2 reviews mention inaccurate information from the AI
- Some reviewers report that the AI expects answers phrased in a specific way
- G2 reviewers rate Second Nature’s product direction at 6.4, well below its other scores
Best for
- Sales teams that want certification-style practice
- Enablement teams that want short courses and roleplay in one tool
- Mid-size and large organizations with distributed reps
Pricing. Available on request from Second Nature, with a free trial.
G2 rating. 4.7 out of 5 from 438 reviews.
How we checked. G2 profile and G2’s Hyperbound comparison, both accessed October 2, 2026.
3. Hyperbound
Hyperbound is an AI sales roleplay platform, founded in San Francisco in 2023, that lets sales development and account executive teams practice cold calls and discovery calls against AI buyers. It also scores real recorded calls.
Hyperbound overlaps with Mindtickle on two jobs, practice and call scoring, and skips the content and training layers entirely.
Platform scope
Practice plus real call scoring. According to Digital Humans, a competing vendor, Hyperbound sells three products, Practice for AI roleplay, Perform for scoring recorded calls, and Kota Activate, an agent that spots skill gaps and assigns practice.
Practice focus
High. Reps dial into AI buyers built from an ideal customer profile and practice against them by voice. Hyperbound says its personas draw on more than 2 million hours of B2B sales calls.
Audience
Sales development and account executive teams. About two-thirds of Hyperbound’s G2 reviews come from mid-market companies.
Pricing model
Quote only. Hyperbound does not publish pricing.
Standout features
- AI buyer personas built from a prospect description
- Cold call, warm call, and discovery call bots
- Custom scorecards for each scenario
- Scoring of real recorded calls
- Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong
Pros
- The highest G2 score in this comparison, at 4.9
- G2 reviewers rate ease of setup at 9.9
Cons
- Only 40 G2 reviews, most of them from mid-market companies
- Reviewers note that scenarios can feel repetitive with heavy use
- Objections can land too hard for beginners
- Built for sales calls, so it does not fit service or leadership practice
Best for
- Outbound sales development teams
- Account executives who rehearse discovery calls
- Mid-market B2B software companies
- Teams that want practice and call scoring in one tool
Pricing. Available on request from Hyperbound.
G2 rating. 4.9 out of 5 from 40 reviews.
How we checked. G2’s Hyperbound and Second Nature comparison, Hyperbound’s own site, and Digital Humans’ 2026 review, all accessed October 2, 2026. We go deeper in our Hyperbound alternatives comparison.
Replacing Mindtickle with another enablement suite
4. Allego
Allego is a revenue enablement platform that combines video-based learning, peer coaching, AI roleplay, conversation intelligence, content management, and digital sales rooms. Gartner named it a Leader in its 2025 Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms.
Allego is the closest like-for-like replacement for Mindtickle in this list. It covers the same jobs from a different starting point, since it grew out of reps recording themselves and learning from peers.
Platform scope
Full suite, video-first. Allego’s G2 listing describes packages that combine learning programs, AI-driven drills, AI role plays, AI coaching, and conversation intelligence.
Practice focus
Medium. AI roleplay sits alongside video practice and peer coaching inside the wider platform.
Audience
Revenue teams. Financial services and medical devices together make up about 31% of Allego’s G2 reviewers, which reflects its strength in regulated industries.
Pricing model
Quote only. Allego lists its editions on G2 as “Contact Us”, and sells modules separately or as bundles.
Standout features
- Video-based peer learning and asynchronous coaching
- AI role plays and AI-driven reinforcement drills
- Conversation intelligence tied to learning paths
- Content management with digital sales rooms
- Mobile access for reps on the move
Pros
- Covers almost every Mindtickle job in one platform
- G2 reviewers rate support at 9.4 and product direction at 9.5
- Strong fit for regulated industries
- Allego states it will help cover remaining contract obligations for teams moving from Seismic or Highspot
Cons
- 27 G2 reviews mention a learning curve
- 21 G2 reviews mention missing features
- Reviewers find reporting less deep than Highspot’s
Best for
- Revenue teams that want a full suite from a different vendor
- Financial services, medical device, and life sciences sales teams
- Organizations that value peer and video coaching
Pricing. Available on request from Allego.
G2 rating. 4.6 out of 5 from 695 reviews.
How we checked. G2’s Allego and Highspot comparison, Allego’s own comparison pages, and Mindtickle’s 2026 roundup, all accessed October 2, 2026.
5. Highspot by Seismic
Highspot is a sales enablement platform built around content management and analytics, with training, coaching, and AI roleplay layered on top. Since August 18, 2026 it belongs to Seismic and sells as Highspot by Seismic.
Highspot answers Mindtickle from the content side. Where Mindtickle starts from readiness, Highspot starts from the content library and connects practice to the material reps already use with buyers.
Platform scope
Content-first suite. Its 2026 Summer Launch added AI-generated training and an MCP server for external AI tools.
Practice focus
Medium. Highspot AI Role Play uses stakeholders, objections, and priorities from live opportunities, supports several buyer personas in one session, and lets reps present real content while AI personas respond.
Audience
Go-to-market teams. Computer software and IT services make up more than 40% of Highspot’s G2 reviewers.
Pricing model
Quote only. Highspot publishes no pricing on G2 or on its own site.
Standout features
- Content library with analytics on what sellers use and buyers open
- AI Role Play tied to live deals, with multi-persona sessions
- Content presentation inside roleplay
- Deal Agent inside Slack and Salesforce
- MCP server for role play created from external AI tools
Pros
- One of the largest review bases in this comparison, at 1,206 G2 reviews
- G2 reviewers rate ease of use at 9.1 and support at 9.4
Cons
- The Seismic merger leaves the long-term roadmap open
- Outdoo, a competing vendor, found few G2 reviews that mention roleplay specifically
- Live-call intelligence sits in a separate product from AI Role Play
Best for
- Go-to-market teams whose enablement starts from content
- Software companies with large content libraries
- Teams that want roleplay tied to live opportunities
Pricing. Available on request from Seismic.
G2 rating. 4.7 out of 5 from 1,206 reviews.
How we checked. G2’s Allego and Highspot comparison, Highspot’s product and launch pages, Seismic’s merger announcement, and Outdoo’s 2026 review, all accessed October 2, 2026.
6. Seismic
Seismic is an enterprise sales enablement platform that combines content automation, guided selling, buyer engagement analytics, and training through Seismic Learning. After its merger with Highspot, the combined company serves 2,500 customers and 3.5 million users, according to Seismic.
Seismic is the larger of the two content-first suites. It suits marketing-led enablement in large enterprises, where content governance matters as much as rep readiness.
Platform scope
Content-first suite with a learning layer. Seismic’s Aura AI engine powers content generation and recommendations, and LiveDocs assembles personalized content from CRM fields. Seismic Learning, built on its 2021 acquisition of Lessonly, runs training and coaching.
Practice focus
Medium. Seismic’s Role-Play Agent sits inside Seismic Learning, and PitchMonster, a competing vendor, reports that AI practice tools sit in a premium tier.
Audience
Sales and marketing teams in large enterprises. Enterprises make up about 59% of G2 reviewers on Seismic Enablement Cloud.
Pricing model
Quote only. Seismic does not publish pricing.
Standout features
- LiveDocs content assembly from CRM data
- Aura AI content recommendations and generation
- Enterprise content governance and compliance controls
- Seismic Learning for training and coaching
- Role-Play Agent for AI practice
Pros
- A large review base at 1,804 G2 reviews
- Highspot’s products now sit under the same owner, which may simplify a future consolidation
- Proven at large enterprise scale
Cons
- AI practice reportedly sits in a premium tier
- Two product lines are converging, and Seismic plans to reveal its combined roadmap at Seismic Shift on October 12 to 15, 2026
- Practice is a smaller part of the product than content
Best for
- Large enterprises with heavy content operations
- Marketing-led enablement programs
- Regulated teams that need content compliance controls
Pricing. Available on request from Seismic.
G2 rating. 4.6 out of 5 from 1,804 reviews, on the Seismic Enablement Cloud profile.
How we checked. G2 comparison data, Seismic’s merger announcement, Gartner’s First Take, and PitchMonster’s 2026 review, all accessed October 2, 2026.
Replacing Mindtickle for field sales teams
7. Showpad
Showpad is a revenue enablement platform for field-selling organizations that combines content management, buyer engagement, training, and coaching. Since October 2025 it also owns Bigtincan’s readiness products, including Brainshark and RolePlayAI.
Showpad’s difference from Mindtickle is the field. Its content works offline, and its customers sell in manufacturing, consumer goods, and healthcare rather than in software.
Platform scope
Field-sales suite. Showpad’s CEO, Apratim Purakayastha, describes a combined platform built on Showpad’s content foundation plus Bigtincan’s Brainshark, AuthoringAI, RolePlayAI, and Genie Assistant.
Practice focus
Medium. RolePlayAI and Brainshark’s readiness tools add practice to a platform that started with content.
Audience
Field sales teams. Showpad serves enterprises in more than 50 countries, including Coca-Cola, Dow, DuPont, GE Healthcare, and Schneider Electric, according to Private Equity Wire.
Pricing model
Tiered plans plus add-ons, quote only. Showpad does not publish figures.
Standout features
- Content hub with offline access for field reps
- Field Seller Agent for meeting prep and follow-up
- Brainshark training and readiness tools
- RolePlayAI for AI practice
- Coaching scorecards linked to content use
Pros
- The largest G2 review base of the suites here, at 1,909 reviews
- Built for field selling in industrial and regulated sectors
Cons
- Three brands are merging into one product family, so expect some rationalization
- Practice tools came from an acquisition rather than the core product
- Less suited to inside sales or software sales teams
Best for
- Field sales teams in manufacturing, consumer goods, and medical devices
- Organizations that need offline content access
- Multinationals with large distributed sales forces
Pricing. Tiered plans plus add-ons, available on request from Showpad.
G2 rating. 4.6 out of 5 from 1,909 reviews.
How we checked. G2 comparison data, Showpad’s own blog and about page, and merger coverage from Private Equity Wire, all accessed October 2, 2026.
One more Mindtickle alternative worth a look
Bigtincan gets a short entry because it no longer sells on its own.
8. Bigtincan, now part of Showpad
What it is. Bigtincan is a sales enablement and readiness platform, best known for Brainshark’s video training and coaching tools, that Vector Capital, its owner since April 2025, combined with Showpad under the Showpad brand in October 2025.
Best for. Existing Bigtincan or Brainshark customers who want to understand where their tools now sit, and teams that want Brainshark-style video training.
Why it is in the second tier. Bigtincan no longer operates as an independent vendor, so a new purchase now runs through Showpad. Its products keep separate G2 profiles, with Bigtincan Readiness, formerly Brainshark, at 4.4 out of 5 from 617 reviews and Bigtincan Engagement at 4.1 out of 5 from 592 reviews.
Which Mindtickle alternative fits your situation
| If you need to | Choose |
|---|---|
| Give every rep unlimited practice on your own scenarios | EasyCoach |
| Run practice for service, leadership, and onboarding as well as sales | EasyCoach |
| Pay one flat fee for practice, whatever the headcount | EasyCoach |
| Certify reps with avatar roleplay and short courses | Second Nature AI |
| Train outbound reps on cold calls and discovery calls | Hyperbound |
| Score real recorded calls alongside practice | Hyperbound or Allego |
| Replace the full Mindtickle suite with one vendor | Allego |
| Coach reps through video and peer feedback | Allego |
| Tie roleplay to live opportunities and content | Highspot by Seismic |
| Govern a large content library across marketing and sales | Seismic |
| Equip field reps who work offline | Showpad |
| Keep Brainshark-style video training | Showpad |
| Trigger practice automatically from a CRM deal stage | Mindtickle |
When Mindtickle remains the right choice
Mindtickle connects training, practice, content, and live-call intelligence in one system. Its Readiness Index gives enablement leaders one benchmark for whether a rep can carry quota. With about 2,400 G2 reviews and support for 19 languages, it often wins in regulated industries where certification is itself a control, such as pharma and insurance.
What happens to your Mindtickle content when you switch
Roleplay scenarios, scorecards, and readiness history do not transfer between vendors. Ask Mindtickle which formats your courses and files export in, then rebuild the scenarios that matter most and archive old scores.
If your main gap is practice, you may not need to switch at all. EasyCoach can run alongside Mindtickle for service teams or new managers, and a six-month pilot tests that split before your renewal.
Final thoughts
Mindtickle is a strong suite, and for a revenue team with a dedicated enablement owner it is often the right one. Trouble starts when you only use a slice of it, or when service and support need practice too.
Write down the modules you would actually use next year. If the list is short, a practice tool next to your current LMS will likely cost less and reach more people.
How we measured EasyCoach repeat practice
The repeat-practice figure comes from Easygenerator’s EasyCoach usage data. It covers close to 16,000 practice conversations across all customer accounts, from launch through August 2026, and averages the sessions each learner ran on each scenario they practiced. It describes EasyCoach usage only.
