Does EasyAI have a free trial?

Yes. You get access to all of EasyAI’s capabilities with a free Easygenerator trial.

What’s the difference between EasyAI and Course Builder?

EasyAI is Easygenerator’s AI. Course Builder is a sub-feature of EasyAI. We often say that Course Builder is powered by EasyAI, which is also correct. When you create a course, EasyAI offers ‘Quick actions’ to help you with specific tasks, like summarizing text and generating questions. Course Builder, on the other hand, generates a full e-learning course based on your input, which you can then refine with your expertise.

Can EasyAI create e-learning courses on its own?

No. We designed EasyAI to support you in course creation. You can use EasyAI to come up with ideas, to improve your text, and to generate content.

Can Course Builder create e-learning courses on its own?

No. Course Builder can generate a complete course, but it still needs your input. We recommend that you use the generated course as a starting point and build on it with your expertise.

Why should I use EasyAI instead of ChatGPT or other free AI tools?

EasyAI is specifically designed for e-learning, giving a secure and seamless experience that general AI tools cannot match. Which AI platform is EasyAI based on?

EasyAI is powered by OpenAI. We have an enterprise license and a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement with OpenAI.

Does EasyAI or OpenAI train on my data?

No, your data is not used to train any AI models.

Does EasyAI store my data?

Yes. We store your customer data for the duration of your Easygenerator subscription to provide the services you agreed to. All data is encrypted in storage, and we only use anonymized usage metrics to improve our services.

Does OpenAI store my data?

Yes, but only temporarily. OpenAI deletes your data within 30 days if nothing is flagged by their content moderation policy.

How does Easygenerator ensure my data privacy?

All data transferred between Easygenerator and OpenAI is encrypted. Both in-transit and at-rest data is protected, and we ensure full GDPR compliance.
