Dubai, UAE – Jul 14, 2023 – Easygenerator, the award-winning e-learning authoring solution for subject matter experts (SMEs), announced its partnership today with Acolad, a global leader in content and language solutions. With this new integration, Easygenerator authors can now easily use Acolad’s services to get their e-learning content translated.

At Easygenerator, we help subject matter experts create e-learning with an easy-to-use and intuitive authoring tool. That is why we are proud to announce the newest addition to our partnerships with Acolad.

Partnering with a leading language solutions company like Acolad is a win-win for our customer bases. This partnership is a great extension of the translation features already available to Easygenerator users. It will extend our customers' options for translation and localization. Meanwhile, Easygenerator is a tool that can enable Acolad customers to have learning content created by their in-house experts.

With this partnership, you can:

Translate complex e-learning content with Acolad

So far, Easygenerator authors could use our tool’s auto-translation feature to translate their courses to and from 75 languages. Now, they also have the option to use Acolad’s services for e-learning content that is too niche-specific or complex for automated translation.

Easily import your translated files into Easygenerator

Both Easygenerator and Acolad support XLIFF files. In Easygenerator, export your course texts into an XLIFF file and upload it into Acolad. You will receive a new XLIFF file, which you will import into Easygenerator. The translated course will then be available to your learners.

We found Easygenerator to be the perfect match for Acolad because our solutions are not only complementary but also reflect a shared mindset of customer-centricity. Both businesses prioritize accessibility and user experience, enabling us to collaborate and deliver exceptional e-learning content that resonates with local audiences and simplifies the learning and development journey for employees.

How you can get started

Our partnership with Acolad makes it easy to localize your training content no matter how complex its topic may be.

Once you finish creating your course in Easygenerator, click through to Publish. Then, you or a co-author can export the course into an XLIFF file. Under the ‘Configure’ tab, click through to ‘Language’, ‘Course translation’, and ‘Agency translation (XLIFF).’ Once you have the translated file from Acolad, import it back into Easygenerator. A new course will be created with your content’s translation.
