EasyCoach is Easygenerator’s AI roleplay tool for workplace conversations. Learners practice a sales objection, a performance review, or a customer escalation with an AI character, by voice or chat, in 75 languages. After each session, they get a score per skill and advice on what to improve, and they can go again as often as they need.
EasyCoach is a paid addition to the Easygenerator suite. L&D teams build roleplays from their own playbooks and policies, share them with any team, and see how skills develop across the organization. Easygenerator publishes this page, and EasyCoach is our own product.
Key takeaways
- EasyCoach is a practice tool, not a course tool. It adds roleplay practice to the courses and Learning Management System (LMS) you already use.
- Anyone can build a roleplay from a short brief. The EasyCoach Assistant generates the scenario, the AI character, the skills to practice, and the scoring criteria.
- Learners practice in private, as often as they need. Learners return to the same scenario 6 times on average (Easygenerator, 2026).
- L&D sees skill readiness, not only completions. Org-wide reporting shows who practiced, how often, and where skills improve.
EasyCoach is a paid addition to Easygenerator
EasyCoach adds conversation practice to the Easygenerator suite, next to course authoring, AI, translation, and video. Easygenerator serves more than 75,000 authors in more than 2,000 companies (Easygenerator, 2026).

Easygenerator builds courses, and EasyCoach adds practice to them
Easygenerator is a cloud-based authoring tool that lets subject-matter experts build e-learning courses and publish them to any LMS. Courses explain what to do. EasyCoach gives people a safe place to rehearse it before the real conversation. Authors can also embed a roleplay inside an Easygenerator course (Easygenerator Help Center, 2026).
EasyCoach sits next to EasyAI, EasyTranslate, and EasyVideo in one suite
| Tool | What it does | Availability |

EasyCoach adds the practice that courses and live roleplays miss
EasyCoach strengthens the 20% of the 10-20-70 learning model, the part where people learn through coaching, feedback, and guided practice. Most learning budgets go to formal courses. Coaching and feedback are harder to scale because they depend on a manager’s time.
| Share | Type of learning | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| 10% | Formal learning | Courses, content, and theory |
| 20% | Social learning | Coaching, feedback, and guided practice |
| 70% | Experience | Real moments on the job |
Live roleplays work, but only a few people get to practice
A classroom roleplay needs a facilitator, a free slot in the calendar, and a willing partner. So most people rehearse a hard conversation once, if at all. Feedback changes from one facilitator to the next, and many people feel uneasy when they practice in front of peers.
EasyCoach makes practice a habit, not a one-off event
With EasyCoach, people rehearse role-tailored scenarios in private, as often as they need to. The same criteria score every session, so feedback stays consistent from one learner to the next. Learners walk into the real conversation after they have lived it once.
The EasyCoach Assistant turns a short brief into a full roleplay
The EasyCoach Assistant is a chat that builds a complete roleplay from your description of a conversation. You brief it the way you would brief a colleague, and it generates the scenario, the AI character, the learner’s role, the skills to practice, and the scoring criteria in one go (Easygenerator product update, 2026).
The assistant asks questions before it builds
The assistant fills gaps in your brief before it generates anything. It asks who is involved and what makes the conversation tense. So each roleplay starts from a well-scoped input, even for authors who have never written a structured prompt.
One message changes the whole roleplay
Tell the assistant to swap a role, to shift the tone, or to add a detail. It updates the scenario, the character, the skills, and the rubric together. The chat stays on screen, so you can see what produced each roleplay.
Your documents make each roleplay company-tailored
Authors upload playbooks, policies, or product documents for the AI to reference during the conversation. They can also set rules for topics to focus on and behaviors to avoid. William Salm, Learning and Development Specialist at Equity Trust Company, pulls real language from his top sales reps into every roleplay. “I want the AI giving me feedback that’s very real,” he said (Easygenerator, 2026).
Learners practice by voice or chat and get feedback after every session
Learners hold the conversation with an AI character by voice, by chat, or both, and EasyCoach scores it against the skills the author chose. Each session ends with a score per skill, a full transcript, and advice on how to improve (Easygenerator, 2026).
Voice roleplays simulate a call, and chat roleplays simulate a message thread
Authors pick the format that matches the real situation. A voice-only roleplay works like a phone call with a customer. A text-only roleplay works like a support chat. Authors also decide whether the learner or the AI opens the conversation (Easygenerator Help Center, 2026).
Conversations run in 75 languages
Learners practice EasyCoach conversations in 75 languages, by voice or chat (Easygenerator, 2026). So a global team practices the same scenario in the language each learner uses with customers.
Learners come back to the same scenario 6 times on average
Repetition is where confidence comes from. Learners return to the same scenario an average of 6 times (Easygenerator, 2026). They practice in private, so nobody has to perform in front of peers.
Org-wide reporting shows how skills develop, not only who finished
EasyCoach analytics show practice and skill data for the whole organization, by team, by date range, and by roleplay, with CSV export (Easygenerator Help Center, 2026). Admins decide how much each manager can see (Easygenerator, 2026).
Practice data points to gaps in the training
Reporting shows where a whole group struggles, not only where one learner does. At Equity Trust Company, William noticed that new hires kept stumbling when they explained a complex account setup process to the AI. That told him which part of the training to fix. “We use the tool to diagnose, just not as practice,” he said.
Visible results win leadership support
William gave sales leaders admin access to the reporting, so they could see the hours that came back to their calendars. He explained the approach in our July 2026 EasyCoach webinar.
“At the end of the day, we let the data do the persuading.”
William Salm, Learning and Development Specialist at Equity Trust Company. Easygenerator webinar on EasyCoach, July 2026.
Roleplays reach learners by team, email, link, or LMS
A published roleplay goes out in whichever way fits the team. Authors assign it to a team, send email invitations, or share a link. Through LTI 1.3, learners open the roleplay from Cornerstone, Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or SuccessFactors without a separate login, and scores flow back to the LMS (Easygenerator Help Center, 2026).
EasyCoach fits teams whose work depends on hard conversations
EasyCoach works best for conversations that are hard to rehearse live and costly to get wrong. Sales, management, customer support, and onboarding teams use it most.
| Team | Conversations to practice | Why practice matters |
|---|---|---|
| Sales | Objections, discovery calls, negotiation, and deals that stall | These moments are hard to rehearse live and costly to get wrong. |
| Managers and leaders | Performance feedback, underperformance, conflict, and difficult one-to-ones | Many managers avoid these talks because they have never practiced them. |
| Customer support | Angry customers, complaints, policy pushback, and recovery after a mistake | These calls escalate fast, and teams rarely rehearse them. |
| Onboarding | First customer conversations and company workflows | New hires build confidence before their first live call, not after a mistake. |
| Product and technical teams | Feature explanations under pressure, technical objections, and competitive questions | Experts know the product but rarely practice how to explain it. |
Best for
- Enterprise L&D and talent teams that want practice at scale without more facilitators
- Sales enablement teams that need new reps to ramp up faster
- Organizations that want to see skill readiness, not only course completions
- Global teams that practice in several languages
Odido, Equity Trust Company, and Station Casinos scaled practice without more trainers
Three EasyCoach customers show what changes when practice no longer depends on a trainer’s calendar.
Odido gave 1,800 customer operations agents their own AI coach
Daan Stobbe, Manager of Training and Development at Odido, used to run classroom roleplays where only one or two agents could practice at a time. Now every agent practices alone, by voice through a headset, and repeats each scenario two to three times per session. Trainers moved from playing the difficult customer to observing, which improved their feedback. Odido also uses EasyCoach in hiring assessments, so a group of candidates faces the same scenario and criteria at once. “Now, with EasyCoach, everyone can—without having an audience,” Daan said.

Equity Trust Company cut manager coaching time by 3x
William Salm, Learning and Development Specialist at Equity Trust Company, built more than 70 roleplays in a few months. Sales managers went from about 15 hours a week of new hire coaching to about 5. New hires now reach call-ready status in 4 to 5 weeks, down from 8. “What EasyCoach helped me do was take this volume of practice off of leadership’s plate and hand it to this AI roleplay partner that could run these scenarios over and over again without management’s calendar being involved,” William said.

Station Casinos grew from 76 to more than 280 learners in a month
DeJuan Taylor, Corporate Director of Talent Development at Station Casinos, uses EasyCoach for table games, slots, food and beverage, and leadership development. Adoption took off after leaders invited their teams personally, and the team went from about 76 users to more than 280 learners within a month. More than 20 people across departments now create roleplays, with over 106 roleplays built so far. Learners use EasyCoach in 26 languages. DeJuan described what changed in our July 2026 EasyCoach webinar.
“Once we were able to personalize the experience, learners started doing the work for us.”

EasyCoach is not the right fit for every practice need
EasyCoach is a practice tool for many teams, so a specialist tool can suit a narrow need better. Another tool may fit better in these cases.
Live call recording. You want to record and analyze live sales calls. EasyCoach does not do this (Easygenerator, 2026).
CRM-connected sales practice. Your sales team wants roleplay connected to Salesforce or HubSpot (Second Nature, 2026).
Contact center metrics. Your contact center wants practice tied to frontline metrics like handle time (Zenarate, 2026).
Lifelike avatars. Your learners want to talk to a lifelike interactive avatar instead of a voice or chat partner (Synthesia, 2026).
Roleplay inside your LMS. Your organization wants roleplay built into the Docebo LMS it already runs (Docebo Help Center, 2026).
EasyCoach differs in where practice lives
Most AI roleplay tools sit inside a larger platform, like an LMS, a video tool, or a course library. EasyCoach is a dedicated practice tool for any team, and it connects to the LMS you already have.

When Second Nature, Zenarate, Synthesia, or another tool is the better choice
Each of these tools does one job well, and some teams need exactly that job. Here is when each one fits better than EasyCoach.
Second Nature fits sales teams that want practice connected to their CRM
Second Nature describes itself as an AI-powered training platform with a virtual pitch partner that talks with reps and scores them. Managers track progress on a dashboard, and the platform connects with Salesforce and HubSpot (Second Nature, 2026). Choose Second Nature if your sales team wants roleplay inside its CRM workflow. Read our Second Nature alternative comparison.
Zenarate fits contact centers that tie practice to frontline metrics
Zenarate calls itself a frontline performance platform, with practice and coaching tied to key performance indicators. Its customer stories focus on contact center results, like shorter average handling time (Zenarate, 2026). Choose Zenarate if your goals are agent ramp time and call metrics. Read our Zenarate alternative comparison.
Synthesia fits teams that want video and practice from one vendor
Synthesia launched Roleplay Sessions on July 22, 2026. Learners practice with interactive avatars that talk, ask questions, and push back. Each session gets a rubric score with a skill-by-skill breakdown, and managers see score patterns across the team (Synthesia, 2026). Choose Synthesia if you already build training video there, or if avatar realism matters most to you.
Skillsoft CAISY fits organizations already on Skillsoft
CAISY is Skillsoft’s AI conversation simulator, and learners find it inside the Skillsoft Percipio platform. Learners type or speak, and each session ends with a score from 1 to 100 and a list of skills to improve (Skillsoft documentation, 2026). Choose CAISY if your organization runs its learning on Percipio. Read our Skillsoft CAISY alternative comparison.
LinkedIn Learning fits teams that want role play next to a course library
LinkedIn Learning offers AI role play scenarios where an AI coach plays the other person, by voice or text. Learners get feedback on strengths and areas to improve, with recommended LinkedIn Learning courses. The scenarios also run in the Learning Agent in Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft Support, 2026). Choose LinkedIn Learning if you already pay for it and want practice tied to its courses.
Microsoft Copilot Studio fits teams that want to build their own practice agent
Microsoft shows how to build a sales conversation training agent in Copilot Studio. The agent simulates customer conversations, gives sellers feedback, and compiles feedback for managers (Microsoft Adoption, 2026). Choose Copilot Studio if you have in-house skills to build and maintain your own agent.
Docebo fits organizations that want roleplay inside their LMS
Docebo’s AI roleplay is a feature of Docebo Creator. Authors add a scenario to a lesson, and learners practice with an animated AI character by video, voice, or chat (Docebo Help Center, 2026). Choose Docebo if you already run it and want roleplay inside your existing courses.
Valence fits organizations that want an AI coach in Microsoft Teams
Valence offers Nadia, an AI coach for work that integrates with Microsoft Teams and supports voice conversations. Pilots often start with performance review preparation or new manager coaching (Bessemer Venture Partners, 2025). Choose Valence if you want ongoing coaching for managers more than structured roleplay practice.
