Rita is a Learning & Development professional with 15+ years of experience in the learning field, and passionate about digital learning and learning technologies. She is currently the Digital Learning Lead at Fujitsu where one of her top goals is to enable the business to create their own learning content.

For the past six years, Geert has been a Learning & Development Consultant at University Medical Center Groningen. Here, he introduced the concept of employee-generated learning (EGL) into the organization to stimulate the exchange of best practices among the different medical departments. With this strategy, the staff has created over 800 courses.

Johanna is the Immersive Learning Project & LMS Manager at bioMérieux. Here, she has two main roles: She oversees the LMS used to host most training at bioMérieux and she leads a project called internally “Immersive Learning” which aims at enhancing the Learning Experience for all within the company
