With the newly added Quick Access Toolbar to every course page, you can build courses faster without digging through menus. The toolbar includes the six most frequently used content blocks, like text, image, video, and questions, so you can build courses faster without digging through menus.
Structure your course to support your learning goals, whether bite-sized scrolling or clearly divided sections. With our new editor, you choose the structure that best fits your content and learners. Switch between a single-page layout or a multi-page course structure at any time during the creation process.

That’s why we’ve moved learner results and progress tracking out of the editor and into the course list view. These insights are essential but more relevant once your course is published.
Now, you can stay focused on your content without switching back and forth. When you’re ready to evaluate impact, the Course Card provides a clear overview of completion data and learner progress, all in one place.
Beyond these major updates, we’ve made several smaller but impactful changes that make course creation smoother.
You’ll now see a Mini Toolbar in the Introduction, Questions, and Afterword sections. This puts relevant editing options right where you need them, without the need for extra clicks or searching through menus. Helping you stay focused and in the flow.
We’ve removed the tabs from the editor and replaced them with a single settings icon. This keeps the interface clean and intuitive, with all your course settings now just one click away in a centralized location.
We’ve introduced three New Default Course Design Themes. These modern templates improve readability and provide a polished layout, so your course will look great right out of the box without extra design work needed.
Finally, we’ve moved the Document Content Block into the Media Category. Instead of choosing between blocks, you’ll find everything from images to PDFs in one place, making uploading and managing your assets easier.
