Our story

The idea for Easygenerator started with a simple question. While leading a major learning migration for a global company, our co-founder, Kasper Spiro, asked: “Are these courses still accurate?”

The team was sure they were. But when they checked, the results told a different story. Not one course was fully up to date. Even training published just weeks earlier was outdated.

That moment revealed a hard truth: companies were investing huge amounts of time and money creating learning that quickly lost relevance, because the people creating the training weren’t the ones doing the work.

Kasper saw an opportunity for something better. He imagined a model where learning is created and continuously improved by the people closest to the work, so it’s always relevant.

That idea became Employee-Generated Learning (EGL).

EGL became the foundation of Easygenerator. We built our product to make EGL possible for every organization—giving employees the tools to create, update, and share knowledge easily.

Now, EGL continues to guide everything we do. It shapes how we improve our tool, which companies we partner with, and how we support our customers.
