Moving and copying blocks across pages

You can now drag a content block directly from one page to another in the course outline. Need the same structured explanation, walkthrough, or interaction in a different section? Move it or duplicate it, no rebuilding required.

This sounds small. It isn’t. Rebuilding content that already exists is one of the most quietly expensive habits in any authoring workflow. Now you don’t have to.

Duplicate steps in interactive walkthroughs

When creating a walkthrough, you can now duplicate any step, including the screenshot, hotspots, and settings attached to it. Processes often share steps. Courses often share structure. Now your editor keeps up with that reality.

An editor that behaves the way you expect

Improved text formatting and table stability

Tables now maintain their selected layout, giving you more predictable and consistent results. Copy-paste behavior has been refined so that bullets, font sizes, and spacing stay intact when you bring content in from another document.

Clean, predictable editing means less time fixing and more time building.

More control over how your learning looks and feels

Customizable hotspot appearance

The Hotspot on Image interaction now lets you adjust icon type, size, and color. Whether you’re guiding learners through a numbered process or flagging information points, your hotspots can now match the context of your content and be more accessible on mobile, where size and contrast matter.

Customizable feedback and section labels

Feedback messages like “That’s correct” and “That’s incorrect,” as well as section labels and numbering, can now be edited to match your organization’s tone, language, and structure. For multilingual programs or branded learning experiences, this makes your courses feel intentional rather than off-the-shelf.

Blur tool for walkthrough screenshots

When building walkthroughs that show internal systems, sensitive information sometimes ends up in your screenshots: personal data, internal metrics, confidential fields. You can now blur those areas directly inside Easygenerator, without switching to an external image editor first.

The bigger picture

Taken individually, each of these updates is useful. Together, they reflect something more meaningful.
