We believe strongly in this. Former e-Learning courses in an LMS
have their purpose, but we can and must do a lot more.

learning nuggets, emerging practices and memotraining facilities.
All these are new and extra ways of bringing your content to the
workplace and the learner. In the embedded presentation you can see

Learning
nuggets
easygenerator enables you to not only publish an
e-Learning course to an LMS, but you can split up that same course
into smaller parts (per subject or per learning objective). We call
these small parts 'learning nuggets'. You can make these nuggets
available on your intranet or extranet, making it easy for the
worker to re-read a particular piece of a
course.
Emerging
practices
Sharing best practices and improving on them is a very
effective way of learning. Creating a best practice publication is
easy in easygenerator.
Memory retention
tools
When a learner has taken an e-Learning course and
doesn't follow-up on the newly acquired knowledge, the retention of
that knowledge will be very low (below 20%). If you repeat the
information on a regular basis, the retention will go up, above
50%. Tools like MemoTrainer and SpacedEd are specialized in this.
They forward questions through email to the learner on a regular
basis. Easygenerator has the ability to export questions from your
course (no extra work, these are the same questions that are
already in it), and upload these into the MemoTrainer. This is a
great way to follow up on an e-Learning course and increase the
retentation rate.
