Collaborate on e-Learning

Authoring is a team process between designers, developers, graphic artists and subject matter experts.  Easygenerator supports this multi-user process in its functionality and checks and balances of version control and review cycles.

Task management
Easygenerator has a very simple yet powerful way of managing and assigning tasks. You can assign one or more tasks to yourself or somebody else, and assign a due date and comment. These tasks appear in the task list of the assigned person, sorted by due date. Pages can be edited directly from this list, and when a task has been completed it is marked "processed".

Comments
You can add comments to each page in easygenerator: Comments to yourself or for others to see. All comments carry a status (Not processed, In process, Processed). Comments can be edited and deleted.

External review
In easygenerator, an external review of the course by someone not on the team, or without a subscription, is as easy as an email. As an author you request a review from someone and let easygenerator send out an email. The reviewer receives the mail, opens the link and the course will be launched. The course is fully operational and has an extra function that the can add comments. These comments are automatically added to the comments page in easygenerator, allowing the author to process them.

Roles and Right system
Easygenerator has a roles and rights system that ensures each person only has the functionalities required to complete their tasks. This is why a reviewer or SME can work with easygenerator without any training.
